A workbook to facilitate evaluation of CT multiplanar reconstruction variability.The workbook contains sheets to help extract Image Orientation cosines from the DICOM header and to extract information about axis deviations introduced during reconstruction.Sheets:1.ImageJmacro - a macro which runs in ImageJ and which strips the Image Orientation tag from DICOM files within a folder, output is a text file.2. HeaderDataExtractor - a sheet which takes the text file data from the macro and converts it into separate data points.3. PrecisionCalculator - a sheet which takes x and y axis vectors, finds the z axis vector, and compares rotations between three reconstructions from upto 40 individuals. Outputs data which can be orthographically projected and analysed to find error ellipses.
