RNALens: From folds to interfaces: Accurate protein–RNA complex prediction requires compatible molecular geometries

RNPLens is a curated resource of experimentally determined protein–RNA complexes with structure-prediction benchmark analyses, NMR and cryo-EM extensions, and Source Data for the RNPLens article. Version 2.1 contains six Excel workbooks and a README: the core resource (1,442 complexes); predictions and analyses; the NMR extension (131 targets); the cryo-EM extension (412 acquired entries); manuscript Source Data; and documentation. Each workbook includes README, INDEX and FIELD_DICTIONARY tabs. The README provides checksums, reading instructions, estimator definitions, reproducibility guidance, and disclosed limitations. Licensing is content-specific. RNPLens-authored tables and documentation are CC BY 4.0 only to the extent the authors hold rights. The two reproduction scripts are MIT licensed. AlphaFold 3 output-derived fields are subject to the AlphaFold 3 Output Terms of Use and are excluded from CC BY 4.0. PDB/EMDB facts are CC0 1.0. Copies of third-party terms remain under their owners' terms. Consult the README and per-field/per-file rights records before reuse. No coordinate files, cryo-EM maps, predicted structures, model weights, alignments, or figure artwork are included. The workbooks are the distributed data packages; references within them to TSV archives refer to the equivalent workbook content.
