Bacillus sp. NC3 was isolated from a solution of Nephila clavata ground in saline. NC3 is a high-concentration cesium-resistant bacterium that can grow in a medium in the presence of 600 mM cesium chloride. Here, we report the genome sequence of this bacterium, which may be the basis for research of this bacterium's cesium ion resistance mechanism.
