Comprehensive the effect of ZNRF1 on TLR3 activation in bone marrow-derived macrophages upon poly(I:C) stimulation

To evaluate comprehensively the effect of ZNRF1 on TLR3 activation, we stimulated WT or Znrf1 knockout BMDM with poly(I:C) for 4 hours. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of duplicate samples. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT and Znrf1 knockout BMDMs upon poly(I:C) stimulation for 4 hours.
