Mice were inoculated with SARS-CoV-2 S protein, and euthanized at 3, 6, and 24 hr after immunization. Their heads were collected for tissue analysis. Each tissue was fixed and embedded in paraffin. The fastq libraries were obtained by peforming Visium system and sequencing.
