Genome Analysis of Uropathogenic Escherichia coli Isolated from Al-Yarmouk Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq

This project aims to perform whole-genome sequencing of Uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) isolates collected from patients suffering from chronic urinary tract infections at Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq. The goal is to investigate the genetic characteristics, virulence factors, and antimicrobial resistance profiles of these clinical strains.
