MS Data (gel and Solution) Human V-ATPase purification

The data deposited here is provided as a supplement to a manuscript titled “Purification of active human vacuolar ATPase in native lipid-containing nanodiscs”. Please see the attached README file for details. The raw Mass Spectrometry data herein was collected as part of a study to develop a system for purification of the human vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase). LC MS/MS data was collected on sample purified by exogenous expression of a single affinity tagged enzyme subunit in HEK293F cells that permitted assembly of the intact ~30 polypeptide complex by incorporation of endogenous subunits. The attached files contain raw LC MS/MS data used for identification of subunits/isoforms/chaperones/accessory factors of purified vacuolar ATPase from HEK293F cells. The files contain raw data for bands excised from both Silver and Coomassie stained SDS-PAGE gels as well as in-solution analysis of proteins co-purifying with the V-ATPase on glycerol gradient.<br>
