本数据集基于企业技术部门的设计图纸和物料清单,经多步骤加工形成。首先对原始数据进行清洗,剔除重复记录,统一标点符号格式,对供应商名称进行匿名化处理。其次,依据企业内部物料编码规则对物料进行分类归集,其中CU代表铜导体、XLPE代表交联聚乙烯绝缘料、PVC代表聚氯乙烯护套料、FIL代表填充绳,形成统一的编码体系。其用量数据与设计图纸逐一比对确认,铜导体用量依据GB/T 3956标准计算,绝缘料、护套料用量结合理论设计与生产实测平均值确定,填充绳等辅材用量取自多批次生产实测结果。通过上述规则,将分散的技术文档与系统数据整合为结构化的标准BOM数据集。

This dataset is developed through multi-step processing based on design drawings and bill of materials (BOM) from the enterprise’s technical department. First, raw data is cleaned: duplicate records are removed, punctuation formats are unified, and supplier names are anonymized. Second, materials are classified and aggregated according to the enterprise’s internal material coding rules, where CU stands for Copper Conductor, XLPE for Cross-Linked Polyethylene insulation material, PVC for Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sheath material, and FIL for Filler Rope, forming a unified coding system. The dosage data of each material is verified one by one against the design drawings. The dosage of copper conductors is calculated in accordance with the GB/T 3956 standard; the dosages of insulation materials and sheath materials are determined based on the average values of theoretical design and actual production measurements; while the dosages of auxiliary materials such as filler ropes are obtained from multi-batch production test results. Following the above procedures, scattered technical documents and system data are integrated into a structured, standardized BOM dataset.
