SUBJECT of the Invention When adjusting the inclination-angle of a portable cutting machine finely， there existed a case where it was difficult to carry out fine adjustment operation simultaneously confirming the inclination of a blade from the front or back. This invention is the portable cutting machine provided with the fine adjustment mechanism which can adjust finely the inclination-angle by which a cutting machine main body is positioned. WHEREIN: It aims at providing the good fine adjustment mechanism of operativity. PROBLEM to be solved The angular plate 51 which supports the bracket 53 connected with a cutting machine main body so that right-and-left tilting is possible is provided in the upper surface front part of the base 2. The angular plate 51 is provided with the inclination switch mechanism 52 in which the maximum inclination angle of the bracket 53 can be switched. The inclination switch mechanism 52 is provided with the latching|locking part 54 which contact|abuts with a stopper part 53a and a stopper part 53a， and controls tilting of the bracket 53 by maximum inclination angle. The fine adjustment operation part 57a of the fine adjustment mechanism 57 which adjusts the position of the contact part 54c of the latching|locking part 54 finely is provided ahead of the angular plate 51.
