Supporting data for “The Role of Plasma Exosomes in Achieving a Functional Cure of Hepatitis B”

This thesis focused on identifying differences in the expression of exosomal proteins and miRNAs, and exploring their mechanisms contributing to HBsAg seroclearance. The dataset includes the basic characteristics of enrolled individuals, raw proteomics and miRNA-seq data along with their analysis results, and raw data of in vitro experiments such as RT-qPCR, Western Blot and dual-luciferase reporter assays.
