(2017) and promoter-capture data generated by Zhang et al. (2023). The mutations were identified using GATK, and the attatched vcf files are not filtered. The additional file, "Krasileva_2017_combined.mapspart2.HetMinCov5HetMinPer15HomMinCov3.corrected.deduped.10kb_bins.RH.byContig.MI.No_RH.maps.nokronos0.vep.vcf", includes mutations identified by Krasileva et al.
