One of the functions of the Central Planning Authority (VA 4151) was to disseminate information concerning regional planning. With this in mind, they issued these bulletins to a wide range of organisations and individuals. The Planning Bulletin as originally conceived was to present relevant papers on planning subjects, to provide a record of the progress of the Regional Committees set up under their auspices and disseminate developments in other phases of planning. Contributions and exchanges of comments were invited for publication.
