Replication materials for: Algorithmic–Institutional Decoupling in Research on Public Sector Generative AI Governance

Replication materials for a multi-level bibliometric study of research on generative artificial intelligence, information security and public-sector governance. The deposit contains the complete retrieval chain from 11,158 records to three analytical corpora (N1 convergence, 79 documents; N2 technological, 3,125; N3 institutional, 2,367), retrieved from Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection and IEEE Xplore on 26 September 2026. Every removed record is logged with its reason. For each screened document, the terms found and the field in which they appeared are reported, so any individual decision can be verified without returning to the databases. The deposit also includes the two independent codings of a 300-record validation sample, the thesauri, the corpora in tagged format for VOSviewer and Bibliometrix, and the analysis scripts.
