根据第三季度游客来源地所占份额,可以反映旅游趋势和各地区对南浔区旅游的兴趣程度,反映出当下旅游的主要人群,帮助各大景区更加精准地细分市场,针对不同地区的游客需求开发或优化旅游产品;为各大景区制定更加有效的营销策略提供数据支持,可以利用社交媒体、短视频平台等新媒体渠道进行宣传推广。文旅部门依据客源数据,制定更加符合市场需求的旅游政策和发展规划,调整宣传方向。根据客源地的地方特点,引进对应的饮食、文化等相关商业,为有意向在此地投资的企业提供经营方向,满足多数地区游客的喜好。因为不同季度景区景观不同,温度不同,且受节假日影响不同,故进行分季度研究。(例如,第四季度受国庆假期影响,人流量会增大;第三季度节假日少,整体吸引力依靠景区及经营策略本身)1.数据来源:数据来源于南浔古镇实景三维-一网统管平台,根据第三季度南浔区各景区实际情况实时记录,我公司已获得统管平台所有权人“浙江南浔古镇旅游发展有限公司”数据使用授权许可。2.算法:以固定时间为统计周期(从开始时间,到结束时间,误差时间忽略不计)每个有游客游览记录的市统计一次。若某周期内某地区无游客,则不记录;通过机器检测及人工识别协同运作监测,根据身份证等相关身份文件,识别游客来源地(以户籍地视为“来源”),以进入南浔区旅游区第一次被监测地为锚点,在本地区内满足2小时则为游客。比如说,身份识别信息为“舟山”的游客,以进入南浔旅游度假区的第一次被监测(人工核验或机器扫描)为锚点,停留时长满足2小时,在该日/周期该地区计1个国内游客,季度总数为累计数量;2、数据分析:本季度国外游客占比=本季度国外游客总数/本季度游客总数*100%,本季度国内游客占比=本季度国内游客总数/本季度游客总数*100%,分类汇总排序占比计算由统管平台直接完成; 3、使用哈希表结合归并排序法对客源地进行处理,直接输出本季度国内及国外游客来源占比前三的地区,对数据进行多维度复用,例如:指导相关部门针对性宣传;在相同季度提前安排针对该区域游客的游览倾向服务准备等。
By analyzing the share of tourist origins in the third quarter, we can reflect tourism trends and the interest of various regions in tourism in Nanxun District, identify the main tourist groups of the current period, assist major scenic spots in more accurately segmenting the market, and develop or optimize tourism products tailored to the tourist demands of different regions; it also provides data support for major scenic spots to formulate more effective marketing strategies, and can be used to carry out promotion via new media channels such as social media and short-video platforms. Cultural and tourism authorities can formulate tourism policies and development plans that better match market demands, and adjust publicity directions based on tourist source data. According to the local characteristics of tourist origins, corresponding businesses related to catering, culture and other fields can be introduced, providing operating directions for enterprises intending to invest here and meeting the preferences of tourists from most regions. Since the scenic landscapes, temperatures and the impact of holidays vary across quarters, quarterly research is conducted. For example, the fourth quarter sees an increase in tourist flow due to the National Day holiday; the third quarter has fewer holidays, so its overall attractiveness depends on the scenic spots themselves and their operating strategies. 1. Data Source: The data comes from the Real-scene 3D Integrated Management Platform of Nanxun Ancient Town, and is recorded in real time based on the actual situation of each scenic spot in Nanxun District in the third quarter. Our company has obtained the data usage authorization from Zhejiang Nanxun Ancient Town Tourism Development Co., Ltd., the owner of the integrated management platform. 2. Algorithm: A fixed time period is taken as the statistical cycle (from the start time to the end time, with the error time ignored), and statistics are conducted for each city with tourist visit records. If there are no tourists in a certain region within a cycle, no record will be made; the collaborative operation of machine detection and manual recognition is used for monitoring, and the tourist origin is identified based on identity documents such as ID cards (the registered permanent residence is regarded as the "origin"). The first monitored location when entering the tourist area of Nanxun District is taken as the anchor point, and a tourist is defined as someone who stays in the area for at least 2 hours. For example, a tourist whose identity information shows "Zhoushan" will be counted as 1 domestic tourist in that day/cycle if their first monitored location (manual verification or machine scanning) when entering Nanxun Tourism Resort meets the 2-hour stay requirement, and the quarterly total is the cumulative count. 3. Data Analysis: The proportion of foreign tourists in this quarter = (total number of foreign tourists in the quarter / total number of tourists in the quarter) * 100%, and the proportion of domestic tourists in this quarter = (total number of domestic tourists in the quarter / total number of tourists in the quarter) * 100%. The classification, summary, sorting and proportion calculation are directly completed by the integrated management platform. 4. The tourist origins are processed using a hash table combined with merge sorting, and the top three regions in terms of domestic and foreign tourist source proportions in the quarter are directly output. The data can be reused in multiple dimensions, for example: guiding relevant departments to carry out targeted publicity; arranging service preparations tailored to the tourism preferences of tourists from these regions in advance in the same quarter, etc.
