该数据集为杭州市中医院在开展肾结石患者腹部CT检查、影像诊断及临床服务过程中产生，来源于杭州市中医院医院放射科2015年-2025年日常医疗活动所生成的腹部CT原始影像（DICOM）数据及对应影像报告1000例。数据内容包含患者基础匿名信息，检查项目与部位、临床诊断、影像报告等关键信息，数据形态涵盖医学影像与文本报告两类模态。

This dataset was generated during abdominal CT examinations, imaging diagnoses and clinical services for kidney stone patients at Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is sourced from 1,000 cases of original abdominal CT DICOM images and their corresponding imaging reports, which were generated during the daily medical activities of the hospital's Radiology Department from 2015 to 2025. The dataset includes anonymized basic patient information, as well as key information such as examination items, scanned anatomical locations, clinical diagnoses and imaging reports, covering two modalities: medical imaging data and text reports. This dataset can be applied to research on kidney stone lesion detection, segmentation, quantitative analysis and imaging characterization, and supports various scenarios including the construction of medical imaging AI models, consistency evaluation across multiple devices, and real-world clinical diagnosis and treatment research. Additionally, it can help optimize hospital imaging workflows, improve the diagnostic efficiency of the radiology department, and provide reliable data support for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and research of kidney stones.
