RNA-seq for identifying the downstream genes of b2-adrenergic receptor signaling in mouse macrophages

RNA-seq was conducted for three different in vitro mouse macrophage-models; (i) RAW 264.7 cells were treated with vehicle, norepinephrine or norepinephrine + butoxamine; (ii) Peritoneal macrophages were treated with vehicle or salbutamol; (iii) RAW 264.7 cells were treated with vehicle or salbutamol. In each model, RNAs were extracted after 4-hour-treatment. We tried to find genes, which are commonly induced by the activation of b2-adrenergic receptor signaling in three different models.
