SSF_input

This is the input file used in the patch-selection (Step Selection Function) analysis and contains appropriate covariate fields. This processed version has all geographic coordinate information removed to protect the precise locations of the subject pumas. Fields identified by ‘Animal_ID’, ‘ClusterID_8day’, and ‘SSF.used’ are used as random effect, strata, and response terms in the model. Landscape predictor covariates follow the naming convention and accompanying description presented in Table S1.1 of the publication. Mule deer prey availability covariate is identified as ‘Util.muledeer’.本文件为斑块选择（步长选择函数，Step Selection Function）分析所用的输入文件，包含适配的协变量字段。本处理后版本已移除所有地理坐标信息，以保护受试美洲狮的精确定位数据。字段"Animal_ID"、"ClusterID_8day"以及"SSF.used"将分别用作模型中的随机效应项、分层项与响应变量项。景观预测协变量的命名规则与配套说明详见该研究论文的表S1.1。骡鹿猎物可获得性协变量的字段标识为"Util.muledeer"。
