Supporting Data and Code for "Dodging Landmines" in Chinese Healthcare: A Critical Discourse Analysis of Patient and Caregiver Risk Warnings on Xiaohongshu

De-identified supporting data and analysis code for a critical discourse analysis of patient and caregiver medical risk-warning ("bilei") posts on Xiaohongshu. This deposit includes de-identified post metadata, the coding framework, descriptive lexical outputs, analysis parameters, a customised Jieba segmentation dictionary, and the Python script used to reproduce lexical profiling (deduplication, segmentation, frequency, KWIC, and co-occurrence tables). The full-text source corpus is not included; it is retained securely due to re-identification risk and lack of poster consent for republication, and may be made available to editors and reviewers through a confidential, non-public route.
