Here, we generated two swine lung virome datasets, including vOTU_filter_final_(n=18412).fa and vOTU(completeness ≥50%).fa, comprising 18,412 viral operational taxonomic units (vOTUs) after filtering and a subset of vOTUs with estimated completeness greater than 50%, respectively.
