Emmy Noether: Modern LaTeX Drafts and English Translation Working Drafts

Dedicated Emmy Noether record for the Modern LaTeX Editions of Mathematics Manuscripts project. This version adds the local R120 German source-audit working package, a separate cumulative source-witness PDF, and a P21/P23 GDZ source-acquisition upgrade packet. Current R120 addition. Noether_R120_20260623.zip supplies a 455-page German cumulative TeX/PDF, a 15-page Paper 31 TeX/PDF slice, a 23-page current source witness, raw native 600-PPI GDZ IIIF page images for Paper 31, source manifests, closure/page/equation/source-quality ledgers, render checks, diffs, logs, and a source-policy note. source_witness_cumulative_R120.pdf is a separate 176-page cumulative source witness distributed outside the lean ZIP because of size. Source upgrade packet. Noether_Better_Source_Upgrade_P21_P23_GDZ_600PPI_20260623.zip adds native 600-PPI GDZ source witnesses for Papers 21 and 23. This enables later visual re-audit; it is not itself a TeX repair or paper-level certification. Status at a glance. R120 closes Paper 31 from 23 native 600-PPI source pages and records a current source-policy shift: genuine lower-resolution source witnesses may be used as best-effort audit evidence when no higher-resolution source is currently available, but uncertainty must remain explicit and upscaling is not evidence. Reliability warning. This is not a certified critical edition. The files are useful working drafts, translation drafts, source witnesses, and source-audit/provenance packets; subtle formula errors, scan-reading errors, apparatus drift, and cross-language synchronization errors may remain. Verify important equations, tables, theorem statements, and unusual notation against the source witnesses before citation-critical use. Corrections and collaboration.
