We cultured differentiated hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes either alone or in co-culture with hiPSC-derived endothelial cells to evaluate potential genes that might facilitate endothelial cell-mediated cardiomyocyte maturation. hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes were replated on day 10 of differentiation then cultured either alone or co-cultured with hiPSC-derived endothelial cells (ECs) for 14 days prior to sample harvest (until day 24 of cardiomyocyte differentiation; ECs were replated on day 13 of EC differentiated and harvested on dayy 27 of EC differentiation).
