Supporting data for “The role of adiponectin in acute kidney injury and obesity-related kidney disease”

This dataset comprises the original experimental data supporting the research presented in the thesis entitled "The role of adiponectin in acute kidney injury and obesity-related chronic kidney disease." The study investigates the protective mechanisms of adiponectin in both acute and chronic kidney injury models related to obesity, utilizing a combination of animal experiments, cell culture studies, and subsequent analytical data. The data is organized by thesis chapter and includes raw and processed results from a variety of biochemical, molecular, histological, and imaging techniques. These include Hematoxylin and Eosin (HE), Periodic Acid-Schiff (PAS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF) staining for histological assessment; Western Blot (WB) and Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (QPCR) for protein and gene expression analysis; Flow Cytometry (FLOW) for cell population characterization; and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) for ultrastructural analysis.
