The GPS signals are delayed by the water vapor in the atmosphere, based on which PWV is derived. In addition, the insensitivity of L-band radio signals to cloud and droplet makes the GPS-PWV product available in all weather conditions. In this data, there are 45 GPS stations over Sumatra, led by Emma Hill, during the period of 2008-2013.
