In this study, SF3B4 was found to be upregulated in ovarian cancer patients and its high expression predicted poor prognosis. High expression of SF3B4 was involved in the malignant proliferation and mobility of ovarian cancer. SF3B4 could be a promising biomarker and effective therapeutic target for ovarian cancer. The assay was performed on three experimental triplictes of SF3B4 knockdown and control ovarian cancer cells.
