Transcriptome of rumen ciliate Entodinium caudatum Transcriptome

This study use RNA-Seq to characterize the transcriptome of Entodinium caudatum to explore the biological aspects of this most predominant and representative ciliate species in the rumen. Due to its parasite feature and technical limitation, the culture contains a few other microbial organisms affiliated with Entodinium caudatum.
