Jurkat T cells have been lysed after exposure to 3 or 15 minutes of 9g hypergravity in a ground-based pipette centrifuge. The RNA samples were analyzed with RNA-Seq transcriptomics. 1 short hyptergravity condition (12 minutes of 1g + 3 minutes of 9g), 1 long hypergravity condition (15 minutes of 9g), 1 ground control condition (15 minutes of 1g). 4 samples per condition.
