Raw Data for MP-R HyTaq-LAMP Assay (Ct Values)

This dataset contains the raw Ct values used in the development and clinical evaluation of the MP-R HyTaq-LAMP assay for detecting wild-type and macrolide-resistant Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The Excel file includes the complete raw Ct measurements from clinical samples, controls, and experimental replicates that were used to generate the results reported in the manuscript "Development of a LAMP Assay Using Hybridization-Based TaqMan-Style Probes (HyTaq) for Simultaneous Detection of Wild-Type and Macrolide-Resistant Mycoplasma pneumoniae" (JCM01291-25R2). These data were provided in accordance with ASM’s open data policy.
