Murine myometrium and cervix samples were profiled using paired-end Illumina RNA-seq to evaluate transcriptomic changes in these tissues associated with the systemic administration of hCG. The study included myometrial and cervical samples from mice intraperitoneally administrated with human chorionic gonadotropin (n = 10) or PBS (n = 10), for a total of 40 samples.
