This dataset contains de-identified electronic medical records (EMR) and admission-discharge-transfer (ADT) records of 6,496 patients spanning from January 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010. In addition, the dataset includes detailed interaction information among patients, physicians, medications and rooms, which can be utilized for predictive modeling in the healthcare field. The specific scale covers 6,496 patients, 575 physicians, 686 unique medications and 557 rooms. The tasks of this dataset include predicting mortality risk, case severity, adverse events, and potential future healthcare-associated infections.
