Raw data for spatiotemporal dynamics of net ecosystem exchange (NEE) across China's ecogeographical zones under historical and future SSP scenarios (1993–2022, 2071–2100)

This dataset contains the raw data supporting the findings of the manuscript "Spatiotemporal dynamics of China's terrestrial NEE across ecogeographical zones: A historical-to-future analysis" by Nan et al. It includes the spatial data for mapping net ecosystem exchange (NEE) and land use change across six ecogeographical zones in China under historical and future climate scenarios. The dataset comprises seven sets of GeoTIFF raster files: Main Figures Fig. 4 data: Annual mean NEE across China's terrestrial ecosystems for the historical period (1993–2022) and future period (2071–2100) under SSP119, SSP245, and SSP585. Fig. 6 data: Spatial patterns of NEE trends (Sen's slope) for the historical period (1993–2022) and future period (2023–2100) under SSP119, SSP245, and SSP585. Scenarios Three Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSP119, SSP245, and SSP585) from CMIP6 are included for all future periods.
