资源简介:
After reaching the end of the suction time or performing 2-3 focused suctions on the stenosis and filling defects of the iliofemoral and popliteal veins, there is no significant change. Imaging shows severe residual stenosis or occlusion of the iliofemoral vein and significant opening of pelvic collateral. A compliant balloon is selected to gradually dilate from small to large. If the iliac vein stenosis is still greater than 50% after another imaging, stent placement surgery is performed [7] (under the premise of fully covering the stenosis segment, strictly control the stent to enter the inferior vena cava<1 cm) (see Figure 1 and Figure 2) In the "one-stop" treatment [8], the Aegisy filter is released but the delivery rod is not released. Once the thrombus is cleared and there is no thrombus under the contrast filter, the filter is directly retrieved. If there is still residual thrombus, release the filter and selectively retrieve it, while undergoing CDT treatment (see Figure 3).
