Soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibition confers neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effect in a tauopathy mouse model

Inhibition of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) has been shown to suppress neuroinflammation through stabilizing epoxy fatty acids.
