The demethylase-related RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data of Meloidogyne incognita

To investigate the function of Mi demethylase, we performed RNA-seq on its three potential demethylases, as well as control of dsGFP RNAi, and used these data to analyze the nematode phenotype after demethylase interference, and related gene dynamic regulatory changes. To investigate whether the demethylase acts directly on the effector of RKNs, we prepared antibodies against minmad-1 demethylase and performed ChIP-seq on infected nematodes.
