Replication Package for "From Stabilization Claim to Measurement Canon: A Two-Dimensional Reconstruction of Change Difficulty with a Functioning Negative Gate"

This record provides the replication package for the clean canonical re-execution used in the manuscript “From Stabilization Claim to Measurement Canon: A Two-Dimensional Reconstruction of Change Difficulty with a Functioning Negative Gate.” The package includes the locked preregistration, clean re-execution driver, canonical run directory, run manifest, SHA256 hashes, reported-values table, old-to-new value map, field map, input-boundary decision, environment record, and output summaries. The canonical run uses archived PR-level enriched inputs restricted to merged pull requests dated by merged_at within 2019–2024. The run uses seed 20260709, N_perm = 10000, and numpy Generator(PCG64). This v3 release supersedes earlier retained-output packages for the P4/TOSEM worked example. The package is intended to support reproducibility of the measurement-canon and negative-gate worked example. It does not provide evidence for prediction, intervention detection, project-health diagnosis, technical-debt detection, or general OSS evolution claims.
