Data for: Precipitation fuels dissolved greenhouse gas (CO2, CH4, N2O) dynamics in a peatland-dominated headwater stream: results from a continuous monitoring setup

This dataset contains raw, processed, filtered, calibrated, and harmonized monitoring data collected in the Haselbach stream between April and August 2023. The dataset includes continuous measurements of greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4, N2O), water quality parameters, water levels, derived flow velocity, temperature, and precipitation. In addition, the archive includes derived 1-minute datasets, with greenhouse gas flux calculations based on a corrected processing workflow. The data archive is associated with the manuscript Piatka et al. (2024).
