This repository contains the analytical data, spatial-extraction outputs, R scripts, Google Earth Engine code references, diagnostic tables, Supplementary Methods S1, and supplementary tables and figures supporting the manuscript “Potential landscape resistance around montane harvestmen differs between the Tropical Andes and Guiana Shield-tepuis”. The files support reproducibility of the index construction, component diagnostics, regional contrasts, spatial thinning, block bootstrap, random-weight sensitivity analyses and family-level sensitivity checks. The framework evaluates potential landscape resistance as a proxy and does not represent calibrated movement, genetic or demographic connectivity.
