This dataset originates from a study employing spatial transcriptomics to investigate acquired resistance mechanisms to epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors (EGFRi) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It integrates drug-resistance genomics and clinical data from GEO and TCGA cohorts, along with Visium HD spatial transcriptomic data (human lung cancer FFPE sample) from the 10x Genomics platform. Through integrative multi-omics analysis, it reveals the spatial coordination of multiple mechanisms—including ABC transporters (e.g., ABCC1/ABCG2), immune microenvironment remodeling (e.g., M2 macrophage polarization, T-cell exhaustion), metabolic reprogramming (e.g., lactate accumulation), and DNA repair—that collectively drive the resistant phenotype in NSCLC. The dataset includes differentially expressed genes, enriched pathways, immune cell infiltration, spatial co-localization patterns, prognostic genes, and causal inference results, providing a multidimensional resource for understanding spatial heterogeneity in NSCLC resistance and informing future combination therapy strategies.
