资源简介:
In this study, salt-tolerant grasses widely distributed in arid and semi-arid regions were used as remediation plants, and AM fungi, which can improve plant resistance, were used to remediate contaminated soils, and explored suitable for the remediation of heavy metal contaminated salinized soil in arid and semi-arid regions. Optimum forage-AM fungus combination, and through the analysis of plant rhizosphere microbial community structure and composition, to further understand the mechanism of AM fungi in improving forage resistance to heavy metal and salinization combined stress. The results of the study can provide basic data and theoretical basis for the use of salt-tolerant forages combined with AM fungi to remediate heavy metal contaminated saline-alkali soils in arid and semi-arid areas.
