资源简介:
Laboratory data were collected and saved in Excel spreadsheets. This includes grinding of the nanoparticles, fluid loss, consistometer, tensile testing, UCS, shear bond, and thickening time testing. The laboratory data Excel files were created after each test was run to ensure that all data was collected in a timely manner. FEA (Finite Element Analysis) data were saved as generated and as images after each simulation was run. These simulations are done in ANSYS. Any design of equipment has been created and saved as a Word document. The dataset is organized with a subdirectory dedicated to each Task identified by the project, defined in the files contained in the Reports subdirectory. (Task 1 = Finite Element Analysis using conventional parameters, Task 2 = Cement design methodology and storage/nanoparticle preparation, Task 3 = Cement fluid loss and rheology testing, Task 4 = Cement thickening time testing, Task 5 = Brazilian testing, Task 6 = UCS and shear bond testing, Task 9 = FEA model validity of study parameters). There are two model versions: PR1-FEA_Model and PR3-FEA_Model, which represent conventional information and parameters obtained by the current study, respectively. Test results may be named to indicate multiple analysis of multiple samples of the same formulation, run in order to minimize any error related to the presence of cracks and micro-fractures.
