This article examines economic mechanisms for increasing regional population incomes through entrepreneurial development. It analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of small business and private entrepreneurship development as an important factor in economic growth and improving living standards. Particular attention is paid to the role of entrepreneurship in providing employment, expanding income sources, and stimulating regional economic development. It also identifies the main challenges hindering entrepreneurship development in the regions and offers practical recommendations for improving economic mechanisms for supporting entrepreneurship. The study's results demonstrate that entrepreneurship development contributes to sustainable economic growth in regions and improved well-being.
