Bacillus cereus strain:JMF-2008-3-0007 Genome sequencing

A large scale production of biomass from a pure culture of Nitropsira inopinata for purposes of protein structure analysis and membrane complex characterization. 50L of a pure Nitrospira Inopinata culture was inoculated into a 250L (working volume) batch feed stirred tank bioreactor at the Bioindustrial Pilot Plant at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU), Vienna. Nitrospira inopinata biomass was harvested (200L) twice over a 3 week period. Sequencing was performed at the Joint Microbiome Facility of the Medical University of Vienna and the University of Vienna under the project ID JMF-2008-3.
