Data from: Biodiversity effects on seedling growth are modified by light environment across functional groups

Dataset and code associated with the Ecological Applications publication "Biodiversity effects on seedling growth are modified by light environment across functional groups". These data were collected in South Andaman, Andaman and Nicobar Islands in 2019-2020. The folder contains files: 01_prepdata.R - code to prep data for analysis 03_models_figs.R - R code to run models and output figures alive_canopy_final.csv - datasheet with one row per plot, with final and initial characteristics alive_canopy_10.csv - datasheet with one row per plot, with data for the month preceding the final month of experiment metadata_alive_canopy.csv - metadata for the two csv files alive_canopy_final.csv and alive_canopy_10.csv seedling_individual_data.csv - individual seedling datasheet with final and initial characteristics metadata_seedling_individual.csv - metadata for the individual seedling data file canopy_order_final.csv - planting canopy order for the experiment Fig1.png - Figure 1 of the manuscript (the rest can be generated from the code)
