The dataset comprises 52 experiments conducted using the OIST-TC setup. Each file corresponds to a single experiment (characterized by fixed values of the inner and outer cylinder Reynolds numbers). It contains the rescaled energy spectrum based on Kolmogorov's first similarity hypothesis (Eq. 1 in the publication). All pertinent flow properties data are listed in the header.
