Dataset for "Pest evolution amplifies projected crop losses under climate change"
收藏资源简介:
Data, fitted Bayesian models, and intermediate outputs accompanying von Schmalensee, Rocabado-Peñanco, Lancaster, Bocedi & Berger (2026), "Pest evolution amplifies projected crop losses under climate change". Includes: raw experimental data on development, growth, fecundity and viability of Callosobruchus maculatus lines evolved at 23 °C, 29 °C and 35 °C; hourly climate data from 20 Californian weather stations; global 1° rasters of present and future (SSP3-7.0) damage projections; cached brms model objects; cowpea accession data from Genesys; simulation outputs from temperature_simulation.R and results_20_sites.R. All analysis scripts (R) are hosted on GitHub at https://github.com/lokevs/pestevol and pull these files via the fetch_data.R script in that repository.
