Evidence routes to treatment eligibility in genitourinary oncology: decision-node data and analysis code

Version 1.1.0 adds the complete blinded two-coder recoding, pre-adjudication reliability matrix, dual-senior adjudication records, final frozen 46-node dataset, framework-gap state, revised figure source data, and final analysis and figure-generation code. Pre-adjudication agreement was 40/46 (87.0%), with an unweighted Cohen’s kappa of 0.698 (bootstrap 95% CI, 0.443–0.890). Thirteen nodes underwent dual-senior adjudication. The seven candidate routes classified 45 of 46 nodes; one node remained unclassifiable. The archive supports a bounded documentary meta-research study in genitourinary oncology. The taxonomy is a candidate framework and has not been externally validated. No participant-level data or copyrighted third-party source documents are included.
