Data on the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Higher Education in Indonesia

This dataset supports the research entitled “Artificial Intelligence in Indonesian Higher Education: A Structural Equation Modeling of Its Impact on Students’ Critical Thinking, Self-Regulated Learning, and Ethical Awareness.” The dataset contains survey responses collected from university students in Indonesia to examine the relationships between artificial intelligence (AI) usage in learning and three key competencies: critical thinking, self-regulated learning, and ethical awareness. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire developed based on validated constructs from prior studies. Responses were measured using a Likert scale. The dataset is intended for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and path modeling. This dataset can be reused for further research in AI in education, digital learning, and higher education transformation.
