This series comprises official publications of Sydney County Council, which were produced to disseminate information and promote various aspects of the organisation.Included are the newsletters “Cookery News”, which was despatched with electricity bills from 1953, and its replacement “Watts News”, which was issued between 1976 and 1996. There are also copies of the monthly staff newsletter, “QVB”, which was first published in February 1936.In addition, there are quarterly "Reports to Aldermen and Councillors", issued from July 1963, a new employee handbook and an educational handbook, “The Story of Electricity”.
