Liver is an essential organ with multiple biological functions including metabolism, detoxification, digestion and homeostasis in vertebrates. Zebrafish (Danio rerio) is an excellent genetic model system to study both processes of liver development and liver regeneration, while the molecular mechanism of zebrafish early liver development remain unclear. In this study, we performed comparative transcriptome analysis of liver cells which were sorting by flow cytometry in different time points (i.e., 60 hpf, 72 hpf or 96 hpf).
