Whole Genome Sequencing of Three Pseudomonas aeruginosa Strains Collected from IMS & SUM Hospital, Odisha, India

This BioProject involves the paired-end sequencing and analysis of whole genomes from three distinct Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains. The strains were isolated from clinical samples obtained at IMS & SUM Hospital in Odisha, India. This study aims to explore the genetic diversity, antimicrobial resistance patterns, and virulence factors associated with these strains, providing valuable insights into their molecular characteristics and epidemiology in this region.
