Three-dimensional cellular dynamics and mandibular morphogenesis

This repository contains data associated with the publication "Three-dimensional cellular dynamics and mandibular morphogenesis" by Dauter et al. (2026). The dataset describes oriented cell behaviours and associated changes in tissue shape in E10.5 murine mandibular processes. Specifically, it contains (1) csv files describing the mitotic orientation and position of individual dividing cells within the mandibular prominence, (2) 3D meshes describing the mandibular surface at E10.0, E10.5, and E11.0, (3) A set of 7 landmarks corresponding to each surface mesh to enable shape quantification, and (4) an atlas of average shape associated with each age point of E10.0, E10.5, and E11.0.
